Enable proprietary Nvidia drivers (version 180)
Add the following under Section “Device”
BusID “PCI:1:0:0″
add this to /etc/apt/sources.list
deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/festor/hack-tools/ubuntu/ jaunty main
add public key:
sudo apt-key adv –recv-keys –keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com 619BA177
So I went here >> nvidia.com/object/cuda_get.html << grabbed the 32bit version for ubuntu 8.10. Logged out of x, then ran
root@bt:/home# sh cudadriver_2.2_linux_32_185.18.08-beta.run
WPA aircrack-ng resume problem solved:
